Description
The Windmill called the new mill is situated close to Northbourne in a quiet country location. The Family Apartment is on the ground floor in the old engine house which was built in 1890. The Granary Guest Room is additional accommodation, which can be rented separately or combined with the Family Apartment. Both apartments have independent entrances and off road parking. If you wish to rent both family apartment and guest room, price can be supplied

Accommodation
Family Room- Lounge/diner, kitchenette, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and bathroom. Guest Room- Double room with cooking facilities and shower/cloakroom.  4 in family apartment + 2 in guest room.

Facilities
Washing Machine, Linen provided, Television, Cot, Highchair, Central Heating, Disabled Access, Parking, Pub. Dogs by arrangement with the owners

Restrictions
Non-smokers only. Dogs are allowed in the family apartment by arrangement but not the guest room
